But the fact is we don't know the exact means employed to commit the fraud, the extent of the fraud or identities of the perpetrators because no investigation was conducted. However let's be perfectly clear, there is no doubt about the fact of the fraud, and every reasonably astute adult who was paying attention (around the world) knows it.
