I got the first publishing. However, any time I send links to my sister in Austria that are from you or emails of a political or vaxocaust nature her server denies it. Nothing like the Austrian government censoring thought... Where was Hitler from again? ЁЯдФ

I didn't get anything (Protonmail), but then I didn't really notice because I always use the Substack Reader to know what's new - and you come up there OK.
Received your last post ("The Matrix Has Substack") in my Protonmail account, but not this one!
Meryl Nass, another blogger I subscribe to, experienced a problem yesterday with her metrics, and a Substack tech logged on later to report that they had inadvertently introduced a bug last night during an update. Supposedly fixed now.
If the email problems were limited to the more "mainstream" providers like Microsoft and Gmail, I'd guess this is being done on their end--I have read about such stuff elsewhere. But I trust Protonmail not to do such stuff, so maybe the email providers are not the problem after all.
Update: I inquired with the helpdesk from my web hosting company, and this was their reply:
"We indeed run a spam filter on the background to stop unwanted emails. I checked this filter for you, but in our system I see no mails bering received from thegoodcitizen@substack.com. It is still possible that the mails are sent, but blocked before they reach our mail server ".
Ok, this is weird. I just got the notification that I received the "The Matrix Has Substack" email, in my spam box, at 18:57 local time. It is now 21:46 local time.
Many of the Substack articles I receive have periodically gone to spam even though the email address has been added to my contact list and I have opened every one of them. There is no rhyme or reason as to why or when.
Thanks for yet another well written informative article. Judging from your cultural references we must be around the same age. Last end of the baby boomers? Anyway, I received the first message and regrettably IтАЩm using gmail.
I got both versions of this @lisco.com. Lisco is a small town legacy server I've used since the 90's. They block all kinds of stuff but not you. Had a terrible time getting Citizens For Legitimate Government through. Great post!

Use tutanota.com encrypted email, much better than proton. No problem with notifications.
Thanks. I think I have 3200 subs with Protonmail so.. Hotmail having problems too. Outlook is giving warnings as "unsafe link" etc.

No notifications, and I'm using an email address out of my own domain name, so the hosting company is independant.

I received the first one as of 9:15 this morning. I use a small local provider, so that may explain why I don't miss posts..
I use yahoo and got both emails. Some users from other SSтАЩs are getting an тАЬunsafe siteтАЭ notification from their browsers.
