Great quotes! One of the best episodes of one of the best shows ever. Some other relevant episodes: No Time Like The Past, The Obsolete Man, People Are Alike All Over, He's Alive, and A Quality of Mercy which Benny N. should watch but probably wouldn't understand anyway.

Absolutely—so many prescient, pertinent episodes. Humanity would be a lot better off if the K–12 curriculum comprised “Twilight Zone” episodes ;-) The memory of totalitarianism and genocide was still fresh in the minds of Serling and the other TZ writers, and they did their best to try and equip us against future such attempts. Too bad most people failed to listen.
Rod Serling was a prophet of his times, died much too soon. So many great sci-fi writers from the 50s, 60s, and 70s were trying to warn us of what was coming, Bradbury, Philip Dick, asimov, and hell even early Stephen king(before he overdosed on TDS) all warned us about censorship and technocratic governance. This is the main reason globohomo is trying to censor everything and anything they can, books are one of the main weapons we have in the war against tyranny as they can both teach but also inspire future generations.
