Inviting another self immolation by licking the boots of those who will most certainly guarantee it happens is an interesting path to take. I submitted a policy paper on how Poland should be playing the U.S., EU, and Russia against each other while building up its own military to numbers that rival Russia as a guarantee of its own security because the US alone can't be trusted. The Polish professors tried not to laugh at it. "Keep buying Russian gas and triple our defense budget?" All that generational stewing doesn't appear to be very helpful or wise as they set themselves up for another sacrificial slaughter.

The blue collar people (especially those from Eastern Europe) I come across in my work are far more aware of the evil enveloping us than the "educated."

There is a Russian resolution that Daddy Bush agreed to that says no nukes, i.e., no NATO on Russia's borders. The Russians have not installed nukes in Mexico or Canada, but the US has ringed Russia with bases which may or may not have nuclear-armed missiles aimed at Russian cities.
