No, not peacefully. It will come down to Turkey. If things kick off between Turkey and Greece over Cyprus that would set off a series of events that puts the alliance on the edge because under NATO's nuclear sharing program Turkey has nukes. The CIA thing in 2016 probably still doesn't sit well with Erdogan and Turkey and Russia have been dancing awfully close lately. But if cyprus spills over to two NATO member states at war...one of them with nukes, what does NATO do? Then there's Serbia and Kosovo which has nato split. It's far too complicated to survive any regional or large scale conflict in its current form. It would have been nice if it was dissolved in 1991 but empires need constant expansion.
