I don't agree with your definitions. To me, ignorance is weak, but alone that someone was not trained to be aware of everything and their related dimensions implies that they are not prepared, not evil. Ignorance, in itself, is generally forgivable.

Stupidity is acting on incomplete information (hence, ignorant) and pretending it's all correct. Stupidity is ignorance put to action. Therefore, stupidity is the true evil, as the stupid result is the problem. The ignorance preceding it was a fruit that could have spoiled on the vine, but was consumed by the purveyor of stupid.
Ignoring or just simply 'not getting it' causes a duller life, stupidity causes a more toiling stressful life. Again, beating this to death, but the ignorance may leave a foundation for stupidity, but the evil acts are the fruits of stupidity, which is simply the action not suited for the task, usually by someone who thinks they know but don't, i.e. they are ignorant, but don't acknowledge their ignorance, and their actions reflect it by being stupid actions, which are the actions that cause the evil.

Semantics, yes, but I hope you get the point.
I gotta agree with GC here. It’s not just ignorance but willful ignorance. That breeds apathy. And Liberty dies from apathy.
“All that’s necessary for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing.”
