Sometimes when I see these videos on Twitter my first instinct is that "they must be staged." I mean, how can a government think these actions are appropriate / necessary? But then again, this is a country that had the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution for a decade so never underestimate the madness / stupidity / evil of crowds.
Sometimes when I see these videos on Twitter my first instinct is that "they must be staged." I mean, how can a government think these actions are appropriate / necessary? The only (very tiny) wrinkle is that they still have internet to transmit the images. Would it not seem plausible they would halt internet so that people cannot incite each other to group riot?
