It very rarely happens unless the woman WANTS or ALLOWS it to happen. Women are in control of where the man blows his load. Women are in control of whether any penetration takes place at all, let alone unprotected - except in those cases of forcible rape, which I don't believe are as common in heritage white American population as we would be led to believe.

Certainly agree with the “control” part. I’ve long said there’s no better form of birth control than a good old fashioned blow job.
