I wonder those same things, Duchess. It may sound trite, but I try to run over positive steps I've taken and human things I've done on a given day as I fall asleep. We're talking really, really small stuff most of the time.
I feel so helpless. I can only do some little things every day, but they don't seem to be very helpful....I use cash...I try and show people what we know and have learned...but they do not want to really beleive...it is a dark path on which we are hurtling down.
It is a dark path indeed. I'm with you on the cash thing. I'm using it whenever possible. I was really excited last week when a cashier said to me "I hope I have change for you. Everyone's using cash lately." I feel so entrenched in all of this stuff that it's hard to really know what the uninitiated do, think, and see.

I haven't slept much for 3 years.
Thanks for saying that Bandit. I don't feel so alone...I know what you mean...I feel like I haven't had a good sleep since December 2019....
