It depends on the person of course. If I don't know them, I always just assume the "putin is bad" narrative, and understandably from Polish-Russian history, but I simply avoid the conversation at all costs.
The narrative here in Poland is in lock step with the rest of the west. Especially the American owned liberal media outlet that is billed as the only free and independent (not state owned) media outlet in the country. But I'm sure they get their creative directions from the CIA just like the media outlets in the states do. But my wife speaks to a lot of people about this, just like she has done with COVID, and many people here aren't buying it, and they're not happy with the situation with the influx of millions of refugees either. Not because they're heartless and don't care, but because of the outrageous laws that the Polish govt is passing furiously to accommodate them, to the detriment of Polish citizens.
many have ended up in Krakow. Have you seen the flat rental market there? Went from hundreds of options a few weeks ago to almost nothing now. Unless the EU is paying I don't think Ukrainians are as poor as they say.
4.5 years residency? Unemployment benefits? Job eligibility? Is the EU paying for all this or are polish taxpayers? This is absolutely crazy. Total scam! Ukrainian citizens covered by the Special Act are eligible to receive: (a) low income allowances, including (i) a family allowance, (ii) single child benefits, (iii) a nursing allowance, (iv) a care allowance, (v) a special care benefit, (vi) a parental allowance, and (vii) municipal allowances; (b) allowances for children living in Poland, including (i) child benefits (500 PLN for each child per month), (ii) a good start allowance, (iii) family care funds, and (iv) a nursery allowance
No, more of a civil unrest and fighting in the streets. Hopefully it doesn't happen, but if the Polish govt keeps putting them first, and giving them all these benefits that they don't even give to their own citizens, it could get real ugly here.
The govt. should be using this crises as leverage against Brussels and the U.S./NATO who made it happen, embarrassing them every chance they get for billions in aid at the very least. Instead they're just giving away polish taxpayer money. Crazy doesn't even begin to describe it.
We watch independent journalists on youtube, bitchute, oddysee, etc. and sometimes even their material is questionable. We take everything with extremely liberal grains of salt these days.
In my experience, 98-99% of "independent" news are controlled opposition, covering non-essential or explicitly fake elements. As with CV19, most people lose focus, even when they think that they are independent thinkers...
Just thought I'd float this - only a hypothesis of course but something to consider.
Why would Nuland admit to the biolabs? They've gone from they don't exist, to they do exist but are a nothingburger, to quick destroy everything bad in case the Russians get hold of it -in a matter of days.
If you wanted to unleash another bioweapon, millions of refugees fleeing Ukraine as a super-s[reader event would provide pretty good plausible deniability would it not?
Sure. Anything is possible with these loons. Though it doesn't match their style...like Wuhan when nobody was paying attention. The fact that half the world is talking about it would make the US look culpable at best. But according to Bulgarian independent reporter Dilynana Gaytandzhieva, exposing these secret labs for the past five years even obtaining internal documents there's nothing with high transmissibility in them. Hemorrhagic fever is nasty and deadly but not likely to cause a pandemic. Only kill whomever comes in bodily contact or fluid transfer...not respiratory.
"The fact that half the world is talking about it would make the US look culpable at best"
Well, part of my hypothesis is that the US "needs" to become a pariah in the eyes of the world, so I wouldn't discount it on that basis. How long the timeline is on that....not sure.
As to your other point, it doesn't really matter what is in the labs, they can "contain" whatever they want them to contain, now matter how implausible.
Also, given the Veritas DARPA leaks, a paraphrase from that report is "SARS-CoV-2 is not so much a virus, as a chimerically altered spike protein hitching a ride on a coronavirus quasispecies swarm".
If I understand that correctly, it's a bit like a bomber which can have an interchangeable payload. If you can engineer a spike protein to have an affinity for ACE2 receptors and cause clotting, I don't think it's a huge stretch to think you could alter spike proteins that have other horrific effects on the human body. I'm speculating, obviously, but this research is so dangerous it should never have been allowed to get to where it is today.
Is this western propaganda obvious is Poland or are they strongly on the Putin bad narrative, for obvious historical reasons?
It depends on the person of course. If I don't know them, I always just assume the "putin is bad" narrative, and understandably from Polish-Russian history, but I simply avoid the conversation at all costs.
Why donтАЩt you think that people accept the 'Putin is good' narrative?

And this is only going to result in an extreme resentment towards the Ukrainians from the Polish that has the potential to become violent.
'Invade Ukraine' level of violence?

I guess.
But donтАЩt forget that the civil unrest would be Putin's dream come true. Sowing distrust is only the first step.
Kind of sounds like the benefits of crossing the U.S. southern border!!!!!
Most of it is crisis actors. That includes the "refugees."
In Kiev, hotels are full of propagandists: "journalists" and filming crews.
What is the state media's negative?
On this topic much like covid, they pretty much just mimic each other like hypnotic parrots.
So where do you go to for 'honest news'?

How do you know that you're not being feed Russian propaganda?
Awesome, NE and GC on the same thread, love it!
