I think of the WEF as what intelligence agencies would call a "cut-out" - they don't really have any power, they are a vehicle which can be disposed of in case there is too much pushback.
Anyway, I believe that China is the preferred new global superpower, so what you are seeing is effectively a joint venture between Western oligarchs, Western deep states and the CCP. Of course, Putin is also completely onboard with the agenda so this whole thing is just another psyop to accelerate the collapse that is already in full swing.
I am very concerned that the mandates for all Western militaries to take the clotshots is a prelude to another bioweapon attack. Chinese PLA generals have made quite clear they intend to invade the United States in the not-too-distant future, and they have been working on "backdoor vaccines" - aka Trojan Horses - that allow new bioweapons to target the vaxxed (in lieu of race-specific bioweapons).
