I think the compensation needs to come out of the pockets of those who orchestrated this. We have a system currently where whatever they have announced they are going to stop leads to more of it. Meanwhile their bank accounts and assets go up in tandem. The negative feedback loop is incentivized and highly profitable, which is the opposite of that of a small business owner, say. How about charging them for every death and every lie which led to harm?
At this point there needs to be back liability. And what happened to the penalties for academic fraud? Some of those "studies" of how "Safe and effective" the jabs and such were involved clever researchers figuring out smart ways set up studies to torture the statistics into confession.
