Pelosi is well know in his SF neighborhood to be gay. When he was arrested earlier this year for drunk driving he had a young man in the car with him then too. That was buried by the press!
The disappearing friend from Pelosi's DUI did not catch my attention the first time around, but it becomes a lot more relevant when trying to figure out what happened with this story.
