Every evening at 17:59:50 PST a Vietnam veteran who lives in the townhouse around the corner goes out onto his porch and stands tall before the giant American flag that extends from the porch pillar nearest the street out over the sidewalk. As the clock strikes the top of the hour, he pulls the mouthpiece end of his horn to his lips and plays Taps.
The beautiful sounds blanket the neighborhood for precisely sixty seconds. The melody resonates for the same length of time it did at the funeral of President John F. Kennedy.
A sign on his porch reads Taps, Daily 6 pm.
I recall many times while writing from the upstairs rear guest balcony of Los Viejos townhome, hearing those sounds in B-flat, and stopping on a letter to sit back and enjoy the experience.
What neighborhood across America wouldn’t be enhanced by a nighly one-minute performance of Taps?
The song is played to signal the end of a military day, yet also at funerals and memorials of fallen comrades.
I can’t help but wonder if this man plays Taps to honor his fallen brothers or all fallen brothers, or could never shake his regimented days of service and it’s a comforting reminder for him.
Perhaps both, or something else entirely.
Yet he does. Daily. Alone.
Every disciplinary force in my life always delivered some variation of the same message: It’s what you do in life when nobody is watching.
Another would finish the phrase with, “…and since you’re not going to be famous, nobody will be watching 99% of the time.”
We eat alone. We sleep alone. We work alone, mostly. We work out alone. We do chores, drive cars, consoom things and information alone. We process our perceptions of the world around us based on a multitude of stimuli, alone. We are always alone, even when we think we’re not.
This man plays Taps, in his early eighties, to signal the end of his civilian day—alone.
It’s a strange thing to hear in West Portland, but most outsiders would be shocked at the number of American flags that still fly over porches and garages around the city ruled by the rainbow cult for two decades running.
Hearing that man’s performances, as the news broke that a former President faces 400 years behind bars if convicted on all trumped-up counts for something all Presidents are guilty of, it came to mean something else completely.
It didn’t surprise me in the least—the indictments. The New York indictment was just a test drive to see how the nation reacted, especially Ultra MAGA. It’s an entrapment shit test to rile up his supporters and get them to unleash a fury of self-incriminating behavior just as on January 6th, 2021.
It was not a signal for the end of a country, for the death of America as a constitutional republic. That happened in 1913, and again in 1947, and again in 1963, 1965, and again in 1971, and again in 2001, and again in 2020.
The performance of Taps now sounds like something new entirely. Perhaps to honor the beginning of an unabashed totalitarian American nightmare unfolding in real-time where the perpetrators who Americans assumed always function “deep” behind the curtain are no longer hiding their crimes.
They just don’t care anymore that people know that they are criminals and traitors, worthy of the ultimate corresponding penalty for treason. They will commit their crimes in broad daylight for all the world to see that the United States of America is a melangerie of Oligarchy, Banana Republic, and dysfunctional kakistocracy, but with a tin pot dictator that is half marionette half demented.
Perhaps they know they can get away with their crimes because two-thirds of their subjects are too ignorant, stupid, passive, drugged up, diseased, and perpetually distracted to know or care about the history unfolding before their eyes. It helps them to keep the American people in such a useless state.
It means they will put up with anything.

It’s all so obvious.
It takes willful ignorance not to see it.
There are no conspiracies of criminals scheming in the shadows operating the covert machinations of government and business on their own terms, for their own agenda.
They function out in the open, as if on a theatre stage before full lights. They bounce from stage right, to stage left, offering a different performance of the same script to show that Lady Justice hasn’t just been robbed of her blindfold, they’ve bent her over and invited every sick spook over for a gang bang.
Taps, daily 6 pm: In memoriam of the American Constitutional Republic.
Two months after they went in with armed secret police goons to storm that bastion of shrimp cocktail criminality known as Mar-a-Lago, they went in quietly to the garage of President Biden’s Deleware beach home and said they found the exact same thing—boxes of classified documents.
Instead of being inside a safe, inside a room that was inside of a nearly impenetrable private club compound adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean, they were on the floor of an unlocked garage.
Police state functionaries were ordered by the Department of Jokers to go and send a blatant message to all conservatives and America First Trump supporters—Biden is guilty too, but nothing will happen to him unless we want a different proxy candidate to shove over the finish line in 2024.
While you can’t indict a sitting President, you can investigate and impeach a sitting President, but you cannot do it without having pocket-lining marionettes holding the Senate.
Police state functionaries were also ordered by the Department of Jokers to go and send a blatant message to Paedo Joe that he’ll keep doing as he’s told or those “classified boxes” they found will be used against him, along with all the paedo material, kiddie porn, overseas palm greasing (10% for the big guy) and that he can be tossed out at any time like used tissues in a Coomer’s basement bedroom.
They don’t hide anything. It’s all out in the open. They’ll decide when they're through using Biden, not the laws on the books, or actual justice and fairness to hold accountable the embodiment of paedo pageantry and total corruption.
The real forces in power, the high table will decide when this half-corpse’s expiration date will be.
They’ll prosecute Trump while holding Biden hostage with the exact same crimes if he ever defies them. And if he or his handler, the esteemed Dr. Jill ever come to think they’re in charge of anything, the high table will call the dazzling tattooed freaky girls working the continental DC switchboards and chalk ledgers to announce a new bounty for a demented excommunicado.
So they made sure they didn’t lose the Senate in the same way they made sure Trump didn’t return to the White House in 2020.
The American people will decide nothing when it comes to which palm greasers and pocket liners work in the District of Corruption.
And this is why I figured they’d fix the 2022 midterm Senate races in the Democrats’ favor in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Arizona which I wrote about two days before the election:
After globalist coups in Canada, France, London, and a grand fix in Brazil where five million ballots for Bolsonaro were thrown out, what’s to stop the same fixers from keeping those four Senate races that are statistical toss-ups from all falling in the Team (D)ementia category?
It would give the regime control over the Senate with Kackala Harris ending any deadlocked 50-50 votes. It would block any meaningful Senate investigations necessary to hold accountable the bureaucratic machinery responsible for the past two years of lockdowns, toxic vaccine mandates, big tech censorship collusion, and anything that might be of interest to the voting public and debt slave taxpayers.
Slum and Spectacle
The only thing slummier and more detestable in the U.S. than the sidewalks of Philadelphia or City Council of Seattle or the deductive reasoning of The View hosts is the spectacle of never-ending electoral politics. As soon as one election cycle ends, the next one begins. Perhaps not on your television, but…
Additionally, they fixed them to prevent a Biden impeachment from ever reaching fruition during his first term. Not that Republicans would dare do anything so unbecoming and uncouth to Uniparty pacts even if they controlled the Senate, but they still wanted it as an insurance policy.
The infrastructure for fixing those four Senate races was already in place from 2020—the exact same counties that shoveled Biden’s basement-dwelling dopey ass into power.
Even the fake runoffs fell in one predictable (D)irection, ensuring that the puppet masters could keep their demented toy in the building adjacent to the White House where their fake sets host a make-believe President, who sharts his trousers and always looks confused about why he just sharted his trousers.
All Americans are now excommunicado.
All their continental privileges have been revoked. They can still attend the show called electoral politics and think they’re joining in participatory democracy, but only those whose votes go to the pre-selected winner will ever still believe in it.
Americans can still splurge on the grotesque slop they call food. They’re free to consume, and pretend to have liberty and justice, even while their government spends their tax dollars and mortgages the tax labor of the next ten generations to enrich themselves while terminating as many Americans as they can in the process.
But there is one specific group that has a larger target on its back. There are bounties on Ultra MAGA heads now.
It stays home and shuts up or it gets the DC Gulag again.
The other half of the country that doesn’t have a target on their backs openly celebrates this new form of police state justice that they believe is legitimate justice.
It takes willful ignorance not to see it.
And there are some willfully ignorant motherfuckers running around this country. One of them partnered with Substack for a six-figure salary to attract the midwit brigades to the platform.
King of the midwits Julio Matty Yglesias recently posted one of his customary unintentionally hilarious takes on Trump and the Trump indictment.
It’s the kind of blind partisan hackery expectant of one of the dimmest bulbs on the Internet, and yet still drowning with comic levels of obtuseness. If you want to know what at least a third of Americans think about the police-state banana-republic Lady-Justice-gang-rape history unfolding in real-time try and feast your eyes on this flaming pile of shit for however long you can.
Trump Derangement Syndrome is a real thing. It’s the only disease that cannot be self-diagnosed with a Google search because Google search is rigged to exacerbate symptoms.
It also doesn’t apply to justifiable criticism of Trump, of which he is worthy of a great deal, especially given his role in operation warp genocide, lockdowns, and surrounding himself with all the permanent state traitors that would love nothing more than to see him locked up for five lifetimes.
The 2024 race is shaping up already, and like most of the political theatre on display, it’s all so obvious and predictable. The primaries will extract billions of hours of attention, distracting Americans from more important matters in their lives while enriching corporate media, especially via Trump’s legal proceedings which is exactly what they want.

Two reasons I don’t vote: first of all, it’s meaningless. This country was bought and sold and paid for a long time ago. The shit they shuffle around every four years doesn’t mean a fuckin’ thing. And secondly, I don’t vote ’cause I believe if you vote, you have no right to complain.
I knew Trump would win in February 2016 when the CIA Washington Post ran 24 anti-Bernie headlines a week ahead of the South Carolina primary, confirming the rig was in for Hillary after Debbie Unwashedwoman Schultz signaled it at the start of the race in the summer of 2016. Right away that meant there would be a Bern lasting all summer and fall, resulting in Sanders’ supporters staying home, opening the door to a Trump win.
They did the same for Biden in the 2019 primaries. His first win didn’t come until South Carolina.
I also knew Trump would lose in 2020, and why. And as I wrote last summer in Where In The World? of the lawfare now wielded against him: “At this point, all Americans should plan on them prosecuting Trump to keep him from running again, and/or rigging the 2024 election against whomever the opposition candidate is.”
So, I think I have a pretty good idea of what 2024 will look like. Stay tuned and you’ll get the entire stage play scripted in advance so you don’t waste your time attending in person.

Thank you friend. Much is brewing here in flyover country. It isn't possible for people to vote our way to freedom. But we also don't really care about Mordor-on-the-Potomac aka the District of Corruption. Yes they borrow and steal $6 trillion a year. But we don't get roads, bridges, railways, or stable currency.
