They have an outfit from Marin, called Urban Alchemy who wear vests with green stripes. In daylight they, who are almost homeless, harass those who are.
They administrate ( are paid off) to the Marin hq, while the workers clearly are not!!!
It is basically harassment. They eyeball me driving. I do nothing. They take mental notes. When they finish in daytime all the drug dealers return at night .
The city of s f spends millions for this useless and wasteful treatment of the poor, by the slightly less poor, to be harassed . It is the only program....and has done nothing to reduce the homeless count.
They claim a reduction of the number of homeless...I highly doubt it. If so, they just chased them further into the margins out of the downtown centers.
I have never felt less safe in the city, at any hour of day nor night, but the thing that scares me is the godddammmmm criminal government, like London Breed, Gavin useless, etc
They claim 100 Billion budget surplus in killafornia, so the useless upper management of Urban Alchemy will keep getting theirs and claim to be helping...
