So sorry to hear of your friend being murdered like so many others. This past summer, my double-vaxxed elderly parents came down with the Delta variant. My mom called me after a week to tell me that they were suffering at home together, having been prescribed NOTHING to help them get better, and I freaked out. I offered to drive to her house (a couple hours away) immediately with my "stash". She was appalled, telling me that Ivermectin is a poison and doesn't work on COVID, because the FDA and CDC websites said so. I was appalled to find she was right about the websites, and I couldn't convince her to take my drugs. Fortunately, they powered through and were never hospitalized to be fed Remdesivir and have their organs destroyed. I guess they are among the 95% of octogenarians who don't die from COVID, despite the best efforts of our gov't & medical community to take them out.
Yes, it's very frustrating watching all of this. Just the idea of it being true is too much for a lot of people, and if they start waking up, it's a lot of info to process, not to mention a lot of worry, sleepless nights esp. if you have kids and stress. I used to be a typesetter back in the 80s. Non-digital. I wish I had access to equipment now. Trying to figure out how to publish non-digitally and hand deliver.
I'm looking into buying a word processor. Less than $50 for a newer model in good shape. Decentralized like the old desktops. You can hook it up to download docs to the internet or a personal printer. I'm also going to ask for help from a local church since they have equipment to make bulletins. I'll pay for the ink and provide the paper.
That's a great idea. Keep us in the loop somehow. Distributing a very good newsletter than answers basic questions and sources real data could be very transforming.
I think what you say is absolutely true. It IS too much for many people...they say "I do not want to discuss this any further", etc. etc. etc. They cannot cope with the loss of their world view, that everything they think they knew for sure is false. I am grateful that no matter how "crazy" I am thought to be, I have already come to grips with the fact that everything I thought I knew is wrong, that our country is pretty gone, and that evil is all around us. It is like being asleep a long time, and waking up in a nightmare.
Removing the veil of certainty (i.e the narrative) is an overwhelming proposition. When you crawl out from beneath that blanket, as uncomfortable and yet cozy as it is, the sheer lack of mental security and certainty is daunting. It's only then you are forced to think for yourself, but because there are so many unknowns you can never be 'sure' again of what is true. Your illusion of a guaranteed 'truth' has evaporated. It's a terrifying prospect.
