It's a possible and likely scenario. Putin apparently has long been associated with Klaus and the WEF -- something cleverly hidden from many of us. I wanted to think that Russia offered an alternative to western decay, but seeing how the same c0r0na policies are being enforced there, it appears the Russian govt is just as bad as any other.
