Also liked your mention on the CFR and Atlantic Council. Was actually doing a little digging last night on think tanks and I think for a writer of your nature, it would make an interesting article in it's own right on how the think tanks, the elite and the media are all entwined. It's really amazing when you start looking into that rabbit hole on how many members of think tanks are featured on the MSM as influence peddlers and propoganda pushers. Plus the money and who gives it that bankrolls these think tanks, foundations and organizations. Consider an article sometime. I think you would do well on it!!!
Great post once again GC--covers most all of the current manufactured crisis. All I can add is my standard comment that the official (western) narrative is always a lie, and I pray that more and more are coming to understand that every day. Putin has been a burr under the saddle for the US and it's flunkies in the EU ever since GWB realized what he actually saw when he looked into Putin's eyes was a man who was pro Russia over any thing else. Twenty years of being demonized is enough for any man, and I am glad to see Putin finally taking some real action. Talk does not work with countries incapable of agreements, or even honest negotiation. The US has not had any true diplomats for a real long time now. How this is all going to sort out is still, at this time. anyone's guess. Will sanity return to the political halls of Europe, or will the one time crazies in the basement take us all down. I'm glad I'm an old man.
This is very good writing and analysis. The endless swill that issues forth from the liberal fascists - government, legacy media, monopoly medicine - is of course offensive. But what will bring down this corrupt regime is that they can't deliver the goods any more. Things are falling apart, are not built, everything costs more, other places make better stuff, chronicity of disease increases. At some points, the inflated finance debt bubbles cannot be maintained. And then, the knives will come out. Prick down their names! And let them know it.
As long as there are plenty of lemmings, the hyenas will have plenty of food. It is with sorrow that I can only look upon a next doubling down. Our anger and frustration will change nothing. I feel we are as much documenting current events for posterity, as trying to change what is coming. Slowly but surely I don't know who to detest more, the hyenas for being themselves of the lemmings for not standing up and looking for the abyss.
If you're a little bit like me dear Good Citizen, writing helps to alleviate the pressure. And I don't mind the sermon while singing in the meager choir at all. So keep-em coming.

Well, the. UK sent our geographically challenged Foreign Secretary Liz Truss to lecture Mr Lavrov, and make a fool of herself in the process, while blustering Boris rattles his verbal sabres and opposition leader Starmer calls for RT to be banned.
Biden is lapsing into senility while the EU isn't quite sure what to do.
Having immiserated us with two years' worth of collateral damage, all in the name of following. the science , surely our flaky leaders should now be acknowledging their draconian blunders and putting the interests of their hard pressed citizens first, rather than meddling ineffectually and prodding the Russian bear.

Excellent post, Good Citizen. Interesting use of the word "hyenas" to describe these freaks. You know who else called out the (international) "hyenas"? Decades ago?? Calling them out for their treachery and destruction and actually trying to warn the world about them"? Of course, official history has been written, so to suggest there's more to that story is to be--according to today's hyenas--racist, misogynist, anti-Semitic, homophobic, etc., etc. Because "everybody knows" everything they need to know about that part of history, especially the person who went to war against the "hyenas". It's official history. It's settled, don't you know--making questions verboten. Just like the official lies of today that comprise official history that lies beyond question brought to us by...the hyenas.
There is no side to support in the Ukrainian conflict or whatever the check it is. Putin is a thug, out for himself and the continuation of his contol, and maybe expansion of it, in his apparent desire to recreate the USSR. With that said, US actions vis a vis Ukraine, and Ukraine itself, are much as you describe.
This is an excellently educational article. I have a question based on some things recently brought forth.
There is info now on how government and state leaders around the world, especially the US, were educated in Claus Schwab's WEF leadership school. And he is on vid crowing about how he has people from his school infiltrating governments around the world, mentioning names like Merkel, Trudeau, many US governors and Mayors, etc. And yesterday I heard that Putin was also a graduate of that school.
Is that true, and if so, how would that reflect on the information in this article? It seems the world is truly corrupt and convoluted beyond getting a handle on!
2019 Spring: After having driven 2 hours to hike 8 miles of Fiery Gorge then 2.75 hours back, we went to the newest True Food to eat, right on time for our reservation. All the crunchy swells were sipping their $14.00 organic martinis, and we got to wait, standing, obtrusively, eyeballed for 40 minutes. Seated it took 15 minutes to get water, another 20 for some of the appetizers (mine showed up after the entree, cold and oversalted_the waitron tld me it was my problem_I must have…)
All that to say you can’t tell an eatery by its glossiness. Let us not forget that newspapers were monopolized by Rockefeller and his European counterparts prior to The War to End All Wars. Why League of Nations? Why the Titanic? Why the Federal Reserve?

I really like the 2 pix of the hyenas. IMO, the 4 legged one with big ears is much prettier and more trustworthy though.
