My foreign policy muscle is a bit weak, but it's strong enough to push away the relentless propaganda surrounding this new (old) song and dance. You either get that they hate us all, or you don't. I went to get a new passport photo done today at the local package/postage store. I had a super chatty lady in the line with me singing the praises of getting a TSA pre-check and how it would change my life, make it so much easier, etc. I said, "government never makes your life easier and you should have as little to do with them as possible". She shut right up. I should have used this technique ages ago! Got my photo, paid cash, and enjoyed being the super crazy lady on her way out the door.
