Unless they declare an even greater emergency, or martial law nationally, each state/county/hospital will be their own rule maker. It is going to be a very interesting winter, these evil cult worshippers are going to expect the same result because they are crazy, I have a feeling the result will be very different this go around, in many places, not all.
I am not saying it couldn't happen, but if it does, it is the end of healthcare and if that happens the dominoes will fall accordingly. These hospitals spent their free money and are already bleeding badly as you know, the government already owns them, so they will all fail and we will have a massive death toll, which will lead to a line being drawn for millions who haven't figured it out yet.
