I didn't vote for Trump in 2016, I went off the board for Gary Johnson. I voted begrudgingly for Trump in 2020. I believe large amounts of votes were manufactured in urban areas of key swing states (not a new phenomenon, the Democrat machine is quite good at it). That said, as a Floridian, I'll take DeSantis any day of the week and twice on Sunday. He's got the right amount of Trumpy fight to him but backed with a brain and a knack for policy and knows how to beat the press in a way that doesn't look petty or narcissistic.

If DeSantis leaves Florida for the presidency, will Florida have anyone decent to replace him?

To the people around the world suffering under covid regime oppression and told its for their own good, Florida covid policy response and statistics show all the tyrannical measures are indefensible based on health. Florida is a huge middle finger to the party of Davos running this scam.

DeSantis is doing a tremendous service for the world in Florida, and I am grateful he's not leaving at least for a few more years.

Yep same thing happened here in NZ last election. The Green Candidate, a narcissist, Chloe Swarbrick got across the line by the simple expedient of stuffing a few large booths with quite obviously fake votes. She's in no way an environmentalist either btw, the Greens have been taken over by fascists like her who expound on identity politics, and identity politics only.

A regular lunch buddy and fellow historian was/is and will surely remain a diehard Trumpian, which I less-and-less gently ridiculed in the run-up to his eventual election. I also predicted he would win the election, despite the bleating press pointing fingers at Mrs. Mena -- much to his delight.

When he eventually asked what I thought Trump's political purpose would be, after events played out as I had predicted, I invoked Nero playing his violin as Rome burned.

He didn't like the analogy, but as previous (and numerous times prior) his head was turned when said prognostications played out seemingly as if scripted. Despite this, he remains a devoted Trumpian -- and has submitted to each and every jab without question.

He also struggled to wrap his "Rhodes scholar" mind (yes, really) around the idea that the Clinton and Obama terms were little more than a linear continuation of pre-approved candidates, all of who owed their education and political careers -- and swore fealty to -- the Company.

For what it's worth, my instincts on the Biden regime are equally dire : he will not see the end of his term, thereby ushering in the even-scarier proposition of Harris in the oval office. All of which will unfold as the overarching financial tactics of '29 are brought to bear yet again.

Personally, the wife and I relocated to her ancestral family farm back in 2001, in the immediate aftermath of you-know-what. Our local food net will keep us healthy as the urban centers are brought to heel with massive economic disruption and failing supply chains.

The only real question is whether or not the pitchforks and torches will be enough to get the job done this time 'round, in the face of media-moderated intellectual capture (programming) and technologies (directed energy, nano-tech, etc.) created *precisely* to enable large-scale crowd control in the glorious new Global Panopticon state.

Wow. Goes to show that all cult members share the same psychological predispositions. Evidence never really matters. You've been way ahead of the curve. Retreat to rural areas and self sufficiency are the most important move a person can make in anticipation of what they have planned for us. I'm way behind the curve on that, but plan to make my move in the next 90 days. Things really heating up. I do hope we see more than pitchforks but I'm not too hopeful at the moment. The steep learning curve for most seems to be something we'll all suffer for, and I suspect they (our overlords) knew that too.

The meek shall inherit the earth. If the globalists leave anything. Lol. Seriously, going "low" is the best bet for survival. As individuals and civiliations. However small and scattered. The tyrant enablers will have nothing left of culture, society, or their own humanity left once the Reset is complete.

The "meek" bit was a misprint. It was actually "The Geek shall inherit the Earth". The geek being Zuckerberg and his ilk.

In the I7th century (King James translation) one would 'meek' a horse by applying a bridle; meek a sword by sheathing it in the scabbard until needed. Those who control themselves inherit the earth. Pray we choose our battles wisely.

Even if you love Trump, he was not a great communicator, not a great leader in the sense of the word. On the other hand, De Santis is--he even seems to be better! My concern is that he is not who he says he is and I would not put it past the powers that be to trick us into this. He slides in so well, doesn't he? And it would certainly look like "win" for all of us fighters. If he really wants to prove his worth, he needs to announce what this man in the video did.

Trump fully supported the bug nonsense and so is a tool of the deep state and in on the plan. He's an authoritarian and served his purpose, which was to divide those that actually believed in the tenets of the Constitution.

I'm losing subscribers for this, but I don't care. The truth is more important.

I voted for him twice (look at the alternatives) but not thrice. I do not want a president of either party who will be above age 75 at his/her election. I am 72 so don't start on ageism. Trump's continued support of the vaccine and boosters is unconscionable. Read Scott Atlas book to understand Trump's actions in 2020. Not about saving lives, but just about getting elected. Enough!

It's funny--your following are truth seekers by nature, but somehow they draw the line at Trump? LOL

There are some who take any insult or perceived insult of him personally. They believe like all cult members he can do no wrong. This probably did sit well with them, but that's fine. I'm not interested in appealing to any groups.

Honestly, it looks like he is one of them. Yahoo headlines today read that Trump is telling everyone the vaccines will save their lives and there is nothing unsafe about them, and that he can't criticize Biden who did an excellent job with Operation Warp Speed. I think he was part of this all along. He kept the vax thing low while working to further divide us, the "insurrection" was staged, and now it's time for him to join forces with the dark side out in the open because they are losing ground.

It's funny how, at the same time as Trump is wittering on, some of the psychopaths are actually walking things back concerning the China Flu. The CDC is canning the useless PCR test, halving quarantine times, and even Biden is saying the states should be handling the measures. As far as I can see, we the only people doubling down on this hysteria are Mini Mengele and....Trump. When the Covid tide recedes, as it will, they will be left high and dry.

Look on the bright side. You're losing a bunch of Trumptard shills. That bunch disrupts threads with their Trump worship anyway.

Count me in on preferring DeSantis over Trump. Nobody is perfect, but DeSantis is willing to admit it when he makes mistakes, like the short closure in Florida in March of 2020. Trump is never willing to say, "Mea Culpa" and just doubles down.

I have become intrigued by how much the soyboys with TDS sound like the QAnon crowd. Both are obsessed with Orange Man. I see Trump as a distraction I wish we could all move beyond. Ignorant or otherwise.

I found this blog by serendipity and saw immediately the value it places on honesty to ourselves. In that vein, I freely admit that I loved a lot of what he did and think he was cheated out of re-election last year. But now I'm done with him. He can't or won't realize that the jab is the biggest issue most patriots are concerned about because it is (sorry) the spearhead of the whole Great Reset project. As for the Q tards, they are as bad as the Covidiots. I've even heard them say that Trump is really acting out a Jesus-like self sacrifice and taking all the covid sins upon himself. Beyond belief!

Pretty much. I'm finding that many people who supported him are deeply unhappy with his uncritical acceptance of the vax regime. For those of us who might need a brief humor break in the midst of all this mandated madness, please allow me to recommend the singer (& satirist) Lena Belle: It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Fascism (a Christmas Carol) @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4G-19QB1Us&t=86s and I’m Dreaming of a Dead Christmas (Brandon’s Sweet Christmas Message) @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JOaUpUkD5w Warning: NOT for the humor-impaired. But then those folks almost certainly do not read Good Citizen.

I was/am Never Hillary. I saw Trump as our best hope; now Desantis fills that role. He recognised early on & has successfully stood up to "the Regime." Worst case is another Trojan Horse.

The Trojan Horse warning will be the response from RINOs like McConnell and Romney. If they support him in his run, that's a bad sign.
